
The HEAD of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR, Sergei Dankvert, noted the wide range of work of the institute. This is the prevention of both diseases of farm animals and pets. 
 
“To date, 11 vaccines have been developed by the institute, 9 of them are registered. I think that by the end of the year we will register all 11 vaccines. These are completely new drugs for both productive and non-productive animals. We strive to ensure that the vaccines in the country are made in RUSSIA,” said Roman Rybin and added that, relying on import substitution, the institute is modernizing its existing facilities. 
Sergey Dankvert noted the wide range of activities of the FSBI "ARRIAH". “Today the institute has a wide range of work, ranging from diseases of domestic animals, which are also dangerous for humans, to diseases of farm animals: birds, pigs, etc.,” said the head of Rosselkhoznadzor. The head of the service emphasized how important it is to ensure the independence of Russian livestock farming from imported veterinary drugs. “Therefore, our institute is developing in all directions that are necessary for the development of livestock farming,” added Sergei Dankvert.
Among the new vaccines developed by ARRIAH scientists are also preparations for pigs and cattle . These are vaccines against clinical and subclinical mastitis in cows and reproductive and respiratory syndrome in pigs.
