Tchaikovsky Meat Processing Plant denied the fact of production of unsafe dumplings

We are talking about several batches of Gurman dumplings stuffed with turkey, shipped to stores in the Perm Territory on July 28, said Igor Kim, General DIRECTOR of CJSC Agrofirma Myaso.

On that day, during the registration of eVSD in the Mercury component of the FSIS VetIS, a software failure occurred, due to which the turkey MEAT used in the manufacture of 118 kilograms of minced meat was not written off. The raw materials came from a trusted supplier from Udmurtia, with whom the Chaikovsky Meat Processing Plant has a long-standing partnership, the HEAD of the company claims.

Igor Kim emphasized that only fresh and high-quality meat is always used in the production of ZAO Agrofirma Myaso . The enterprise monthly produces about 200 tons of dumplings "Gourmet" and has never received any complaints from partners or consumers. 

The consequences of an accidental error were a warning announced to the manufacturer and a blocking of the entry in the VetIS-Passport system for 30 days, excluding the possibility of issuing the necessary veterinary documents.
