drunk driver was detained in Borisov for bribing a traffic police officer . This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the Interior Ministry.
In Borisov, the attention of the traffic police crew was drawn to a Renault driven by a 49-year-old local resident with obvious signs of
ALCOHOL intoxication .
The driver tried to avoid liability for drunk driving and persistently began to offer the inspector a
BRIBE of Br1.2 thousand and 200 euros. The offender did not respond to repeated warnings about criminal liability and left
the money in the glove compartment of the official car.
The man was detained. The examination showed 0.8 ppm of alcohol in the exhaled air vapor.
Investigators opened a criminal case for giving a bribe to an official.
