In the second quarter of 2022, it is planned to put into operation the second stage of the Michurinsky greenhouse complex located in the Tambov region.
The first stage of the greenhouse complex is successfully operating and provides Tambov region, the regions of the Central Federal District and the Urals with fresh vegetables all year round. After the commissioning of the second stage of the complex, the geography of deliveries will also increase.
It should be noted that only advanced technologies are used in the construction of a high-tech greenhouse complex. In all growing areas, a system of artificial supplementary lighting of plants is used, which allows growing fresh vegetables all year round. Automated microclimate control systems, control of growth dynamics and plant condition ensure high production efficiency and stable product quality.
In total, the complex will include 17 production departments with an area of 89 hectares with their own seedlings.
New modern greenhouses are also operating in the Tambov region - JSC "Teplichnoye" is a regional property and is highly profitable. At the end of 2021, the project for the reconstruction of the greenhouse was completed. On an area of 1.9 hectares, work was carried out on the installation of an electric lighting system, and the construction of the 2nd stage of the energy center for the needs of the greenhouse complex was completed. Now almost 2 hectares of greenhouses are ready for growing cucumbers or tomatoes all year round using light culture technology.
After the launch of all phases of the construction of the Michurinsky greenhouse complex, the enterprise will become one of the largest modern greenhouse complexes for growing greenhouse vegetables in RUSSIA, which will provide dozens of regions of the country with fresh vegetables all year round.
“It is important that the project is of great social importance: the launch of each stage of the greenhouse complex helps to find employment for hundreds of Tambov residents. In addition, new production means contributions to the regional budget, respectively, these are funds that can be directed to the development of education, medicine, and culture. Therefore, we will continue to support the construction of new production facilities,” said Maxim Egorov, HEAD of the region.
