Nekrasov noted that the global halal market is actively developing, already exceeding $1.4 trillion and projected to reach $2 trillion by 2027. In RUSSIA, the halal segment is valued at over 1 billion rubles, and over 500 companies produce certified goods. The main importing countries remain Saudi Arabia , the UAE, and Iran, accounting for approximately 90% of exports. Malaysia and Indonesia were named as promising markets. Nekrasov emphasized the importance of cooperation with religious organizations to maintain high quality standards for halal products.
