August 21, MINSK . A 21-year-old local resident suspected of committing malicious hooliganism has been detained in Orsha, BELTA reports with reference to the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Internal Affairs Directorate.
 
The young man spent the evening in a nightclub, where he abused ALCOHOL. After the establishment closed, he continued drinking.alcohol at the place of residence. In a state of severe intoxication, the young man went out into the courtyard of the house, picked up a brick and threw it at the window. After that, he went on, but his actions did not go unnoticed.

Patrol and post police officers promptly arrived at the call and detained the offender in the neighboring courtyard. It was established that he had previously been brought to criminal responsibility for hooliganism. This time, a criminal case was opened against the Orsha resident for malicious hooliganism.
