In total, from February 24 to March 16, 68 bills were submitted to the State Duma. This dynamic is comparable to the period before the parliamentary elections, political scientist Pavel Sklyanchuk noted.

The deputies also adopted ten resolutions, mainly on procedural issues - on invitations to ministerial meetings, a plan for holding a government hour, and so on. However, there were exceptions - for example, a resolution on the appeal of the State Duma to the UN "on the need to investigate the activities of biological laboratories in Ukraine" or on consent to refer the case of the deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Valery Rashkin to the COURT.
