Those vaccinated with drugs that are not yet approved in the European Union will be able to receive an Italian COVID-certificate after they receive a booster dose of the mRNA vaccine. This was announced by the HEAD of the Italian Ministry of HEALTH, Roberto Speranza, reports ANSA.
Earlier, the agency published a circular based on the recommendations of the Italian Medicines Agency (Aifa). it allows those who have been vaccinated with drugs not recognized in the EU to receive a third dose of mRNA drugs from Pfizer or Moderna.
