Topic news The working schedule of the President of Belarus is always very eventful. Alexander Lukashenko holds conferences and working meetings on the most pressing issues of the country's development, regularly visits the regions, makes foreign visits and receives foreign guests himself, communicates with journalists, signs decrees and laws. And even when there are no public events, this does not mean that the HEAD of state is not working. However, even during his rest, be it hockey training or chopping wood, Alexander Lukashenko will occasionally find a reason for another order. As he likes to say, one must follow life in everything. The "President's Week" project is for those who want to keep up with the head of state, to be aware of the most relevant statements and decisions of the Belarusian leader.
June 22, 1941 is a sacred date in the history of Belarus - the Day of National Remembrance of the Victims of the Great Patriotic War and the Genocide of the Belarusian People. On this occasion, Alexander Lukashenko addressed his compatriots. In it, he emphasized that preserving peace is the sacred duty of the current generation of Belarusians.

The loudest event of the week in Alexander Lukashenko's schedule is more than six hours with the special envoy of the US President Keith Kellogg, who arrived in MINSK . In particular, they talked about Belarus's interaction with RUSSIA and CHINA, the US and EU sanctions policy towards Belarus, Russia and other countries, and changes in the political architecture of the world. It also became known to pardon 14 convicts, which was a request from the US President.

At the beginning of the week, the head of state gathered several dozen high-ranking officials at a dairy complex near Minsk. The format of the event is . It is quite new, but it seems to be already becoming a tradition. They talked primarily about how to solve the problems existing in domestic animal husbandry. In this regard, Alexander Lukashenko requires military discipline. And the head of state also advised those who whine about potatoes to plant at least two furrows in their dachas and garden plots.

An important topic of the week is preparation for the upcoming EAEU summit and the Eurasian Economic Forum, which will be held in Minsk. Representatives of almost three dozen countries will gather in the capital. In addition to providing guests with traditional Belarusian hospitality, to form the most rich and substantive agenda so that, as he said, there is no empty breed.

A traditional event for the second half of June is the best university graduates. Alexander Lukashenko even called outstanding those who personally received the President at the Palace of Independence. And the head of state also spoke about plans to hold a serious one in the education system.

At the end of the week, Alexander Lukashenko with the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin, emphasizing the very close cooperation between the Belarusian and Russian investigative agencies. The President also generally confirmed.

The head of state during the week decrees on assigning four general ranks.

"PALACE" FOR COWS. Why Lukashenko demands military discipline in animal husbandry

On June 17, the President held an off-site seminar-conference on agriculture in the Minsk region. The event took place on the basis of one of the dairy complexes of the Dzerzhinsky agro-industrial complex. Among the participants were the chairmen of regional executive committees and their first deputies, authorized representatives of the head of state in the regions, assistants to the President - inspectors for the regions.

Maintenance and safetycattle is a problematic issue in domestic animal husbandry. Alexander Lukashenko has repeatedly harshly criticized those responsible for the deaths, but there are farms that are worth following as an example. The visiting seminar was held in just such a farm. "This is the next century," the head of state stated. "We need to adapt (the experience of advanced farms. - Note by BELTA), somewhere modernizing old farms, turn them into dairy farms. We need modern cattle keeping," the Belarusian leader sets the task. Alexander Lukashenko is confident that there will always be demand
for food in the world. He recalled that he had previously proposed erecting a monument to a cow in Belarus as a sign of the merits of this animal in the lives of people, and especially during the Great Patriotic War. "People went into the forests and took cattle with them to survive. Cows feed people today too. It is not only MILK , but also MEAT ," said Alexander Lukashenko. "If we want to be healthy, we need to breathe normal air and eat normal food, based on this, the cow , figuratively speaking, should stand in a palace."
The President promised a serious push in this regard to ensure proper conditions for keeping cattle everywhere. And this is the key to obtaining high-quality milk, from which a whole range of diverse products can be produced.

"Today, you have everything you need to organize the production and processing process. Jokes aside. I repeat once again: if you do not want to sit in the trenches, breed lice in the mud, let's work," the Head of State emphasized. - Compliance with technology and military discipline. You have been given all the rights. If we do not want war, then we must work correctly. We must receive products and sell them."

Alexander Lukashenko sees the main reason for the existing problems in the lack of discipline: "We do everything correctly. But sometimes we do it slowly, and sometimes we don't do it at all. Executive discipline is the number one issue," the Belarusian leader emphasized. "We have a mess in agriculture. And it's not true that we don't have enough people. We haven't organized them and haven't made them work. There must be discipline. We need results."
"If there is a loss of livestock like now or yesterday, and if this continues, we will come to the point where we ourselves will have nothing to eat. So don't think that this is Lukashenko's whim," the President said. The seminar-meeting examined in detail the entire technological process that should be ensured at dairy complexes in terms of improving the safety of cattle and increasing their productivity; the participants familiarized themselves with the advanced experience of the agro-industrial complex and promising development plans. A number of cattle
and accelerated diagnostics of diseases were also announced .
"Let's agree that we will not just listen to talk and lectures from scientists (they will speak correctly) at another meeting on preventing such a case as ours ... But so that we make a decision. If there are reasonable, verified proposals, a decision is made within 24 hours," the head of state summed up the discussion.
WITHOUT EMPTY BREEDS. What the President is focusing on when preparing the agenda of the EAEU summit in Minsk

On June 19, Alexander Lukashenko held a meeting to prepare for the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council and the Eurasian Economic Forum. They will be held in Minsk next week by representatives of almost three dozen countries. For Belarus, these are the largest international events of this year. "We know how to receive guests on such a scale and in such numbers. Everything must be prepared with a quality mark both in organizational terms and, above all, in terms of content," the President emphasized. "It is necessary to ensure the maximum level of Belarusian hospitality (we can do this too), to create comfortable conditions for the work and residence of our guests. Particular attention should be paid to the content of all events - from the forum to the work of the Supreme Council."

Alexander Lukashenko noted that there is much to discuss in the EAEU, but no one needs meetings for the sake of meetings. The summit agenda should be rich and substantive. "The Eurasian Economic Commission has submitted as many as 700 sheets - 4 kilograms of materials. At the same time, they propose to adopt almost all of them without discussion. If they are so ready and agreed upon, correspond to our interests, as well as those of other states, for God's sake. If everything is so good there. If this is empty rock without a gram of added value for the union, then such issues should not be included in the agenda," the Belarusian leader said. "I am talking about this because, as chairman, I will propose this agenda."
The priorities of Belarus' chairmanship of the Eurasian Economic Union bodies in 2025 were outlined in Alexander Lukashenko's address to the heads of state - members of the EAEU.
"They must be implemented. Industrial cooperation, transport policy, financial market, international positioning and trade expansion to foreign markets, formation of the social component of integration - in each area, practical results are needed from the decisions taken and the documents that we will ultimately sign," the President emphasized.
"Belarus has been and remains a staunch supporter of deepening Eurasian integration and building an effectively functioning common economic space based on trust and mutual understanding," the head of state said.
THE FUTURE OF BELARUS. How Lukashenko parted with outstanding graduates

On June 20, the President took part in the award ceremony for graduates and teachers of higher education institutions. He called the graduates who were awarded the President's Gratitude not just the best, but outstanding. Now, the future of the country is also in their hands.

"The present and future of Belarus largely depends on you, the youth. And it is very important that you are not only good specialists, but also true patriots, socially mature and spiritually rich people who could be entrusted with the fate of our Belarus. The world is huge, and we have only one Belarus . Remember your homeland. Appreciate and take care of the peaceful sky above our country. This is the most precious thing that we, the older generation, have been able to preserve for you," the President said.

Alexander Lukashenko addressed words of gratitude to teachers for raising young people devoted to their native country, respecting traditions and preserving the values of the Belarusian people.
The President encourages graduates to new victories, patience and work. "Now your golden time is coming. Do not be afraid of difficulties, complex tasks. And, as I always say, do everything on time, do not put it off until later. Because later there will be other problems and tasks that you will have to solve. And, most importantly, do not retreat if you made a mistake. Anything can happen in life. There will be mistakes, there will be failures. However, these mistakes temper and give strength to move on. I wish that it would be like this for you," Alexander Lukashenko said. "When you write something on TikToks, remember this: work is needed everywhere. You are hardworking people. Only two and a half dozen out of millions got into the Palace of Independence for a reason, but because you and your teachers deserved it."

The President emphasized that in the future, current graduates will have to make many important decisions and here they need to think everything through: on the one hand, do not rush and act carefully, on the other hand, do not delay, so as not to fall behind. "Life is a difficult thing, very difficult. You have a huge, huge future ahead of you. And somewhere you quickly go through some stages in life, somewhere you do not hurry. You need to wait, look around, - advises the head of state. - We live in the center of Europe. This is our advantage and a huge misfortune. Because those who are in the center are influenced from all sides. Therefore, we must be wise. We, Belarusians, have enough of all this good. The main thing is to calmly where necessary, do not rush. But where you need to go fast - go fast."
"When I look at our distinguished young men and women, I think: if everyone were like that, we would never have problems. And we would be rich. Because the country is rich when there are smart, hardworking people, and not just what God put in the ground. That is why we have you - we have the future of the country," the Belarusian leader emphasized.
Alexander Lukashenko also spoke about plans to carry out serious work in the education system. The point is that the process of obtaining higher education is not artificially stretched out, and students receive mainly the knowledge that they will need in their future profession.

"We agreed with the Minister that in the near future we will seriously approach some problematic issues of education once again. Frankly speaking, the system will be seriously adjusted and fine-tuned," the head of state said. "I promised that we will not return to education anymore, because people are already tired of these reforms. We will no longer touch upon human aspects, human ones, but will deal with deeper issues. So that when the current generation of managers leaves the stage, it will be a little easier for you, the youth. We will clean out these Augean stables. We are not stopping at what we have today in the education system."

THE GREATEST VALUE. What kind of interaction does the President set as an example for civil servants in Belarus and Russia?
On June 20, Alexander Lukashenko met with the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin.
"For me, you are not just an experienced, competent, smart, talented, learned person, which is important today. But also a person with whom I can discuss any problem, consult. You are very open and sincere. Something, excuse my immodesty, I have something like you. Therefore, in conversations we do not hide any problems and openly discuss them, even if someone, perhaps, does not like them. I appreciate this very much," said Alexander Lukashenko.

The President expressed special gratitude for the absolute openness of Russian investigators in their cooperation with the Investigative Committee of Belarus. "I am not saying this for a formal meeting. You really help us on all issues. No matter what issue you turn to us about, you always respond and help. This is of the greatest value. If we had such interaction with all departments and other people in Russia, we would have no problems at all. You are a great example for our civil servants in Russia and Belarus," the head of state said. "These are difficult times, you understand this better than me, you feel it, since you are involved in many processes. In everything. I see that you have found work in the liberated territories (or have been assigned to you), you are dragging a considerable chunk. And the terrorist aspirations of our opponents and enemies are very serious, and all this again falls on you in terms of investigating certain crimes on the territory of Russia," the Belarusian leader noted.

"I want you to understand that in this difficult time, we are with you. We have not hidden (the only state in the world) that . We were, are and will always be with you. You can count on us," Alexander Lukashenko emphasized. - Naturally, we do this carefully, cautiously. We do not draw our sabers, like the Cossacks. But if we have already drawn our sabers, we will fight together with the Russian people, defending our common Fatherland. There is no escape from this. We have one, there will be no other. Therefore, I thank you for all the good that you do for Belarus and for our unity, for the integration of our states."
AMERICAN WHALE. What Lukashenko discussed in Minsk with Trump's high representative
The President this week with the US President's special envoy for Ukraine Keith Kellogg. A few days before the arrival, the upcoming visit of the high-ranking American representative had already caused a lot of noise in the media, which Alexander Lukashenko also mentioned at the meeting: "You have caused a lot of noise in the world with your arrival. But I wonder why. Can't we have a normal dialogue and talk about our affairs - about relations between Belarus and the United States of America?"

"I am very glad, Mr. General, to meet with you. I really hope that our conversation will be very sincere and open. Otherwise, what is the point of meeting? If we are clever and cunning in front of each other, we will not achieve results," the Belarusian leader emphasized.
In turn, Keith Kellogg thanked for the hospitality and the meeting. "We live in a very dangerous time, when the crises we are facing can sharply escalate, grow, if we are not wise and fair," he said.

In response to this, Alexander Lukashenko emphasized: "Mr. General, I promise you that you will be completely safe on the territory of Belarus and during this time there will be no escalation not only in Belarus, but also around us."

Most of the negotiations, for obvious reasons, took place without the presence of the media, but some details became known later. The negotiations, which began on Friday evening, lasted six and a half hours. First in the President's office. Then over dinner. And the meeting ended at night. The range of topics was extremely relevant. They talked about what is currently worrying the whole world.

The press secretary of the President of Belarus Natalya Eismont spoke to journalists about Ukraine and the Middle East, Belarus' interaction with Russia and China, the US and EU sanctions policy against Belarus, Russia and other countries. They also talked about changes in the world's political architecture, people and the history of wars. Against the backdrop of the meeting, it also became known that Alexander Lukashenko had made a decision on 14 convicts. This was the request of the US President.

These are mainly foreigners: two citizens of Japan, three citizens of Poland, two of Latvia, as well as citizens of Estonia, Sweden and the US. There are also several Belarusians on the list. These are people convicted of extremist and terrorist activities. Sergei Tikhanovsky is among them. The decision to release him was made by the President solely for humanitarian reasons, with the aim of reuniting his family.
