
Thus, veterinarians of the State Budgetary Institution “Veterinary Station of the Baymak District and the city of Sibay of the Republic of Bashkortostan” issued electronic veterinary accompanying documents (eVSD) for raw cow milk in a volume of 1000 kg without a certificate of veterinary and sanitary safety of the raw materials. The detected violations indicate the use of potentially dangerous raw materials of unknown origin.
An identical violation was committed by the state veterinarian of the State Budgetary Institution “Abzelilovskaya District Veterinary Station of the Republic of Bashkortostan”. The official issued an eVSD for raw mare's milk in the amount of 100 kg without a certificate of veterinary and sanitary welfare.
A fact of violation of the registration of eVSD by the state veterinarian of the State Budgetary Institution “Sterlitamak Interdistrict Veterinary Station of the Republic of Bashkortostan” was also revealed, who, through the “processing/production” transaction, extended the shelf life of “pork bone” products in the amount of 2633.2 kg by 10 days.
Based on the violations identified, the territorial department of Rosselkhoznadzor sent an information letter to the Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Veterinary Medicine. Warnings have been announced regarding the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements.
