Four trading companies in different regions of the country - OOO Prioskolye-Voronezh, OOO Prioskolye-K (Krasnodar Krai), OOO Prioskolye-Kostroma and OOO Prioskolye-Ural (Sverdlovsk Oblast) - became the property of entrepreneur Anna Guseva.

The meat processing plant "Sazon" in the village of Aleksandrovka, Volokonovsky district, Belgorod region was acquired by OOO "Zemlyanichnaya Polyana" of the investment and industrial group "Garant", registered in the Voronezh region. According to the corporate report on cash flow for the previous year, AO "Prioskolye" received 15 million rubles from the sale of shares.

The holding company ended 2023 with a net profit of 15 billion rubles with revenue of 57 billion rubles. Prioskolye took 3rd place in the ranking of the largest broiler meat producers, presented by the National Union of Poultry Farmers, with a production volume of 451 thousand tons.
