A Pskov meat-processing plant delivered 26.6 tons of frozen bone-in pork belly with skin. During the veterinary paperwork, inspectors verified that the product fully complied with the importing country's requirements. The batch underwent all necessary laboratory testing at the Northwestern branch of the All-Russian Research Institute of Animal Husbandry.

This makes the Philippines the tenth country to import livestock products from the Pskov region. The region previously supplied meat to China , Vietnam , the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China , Georgia, Serbia, Azerbaijan , Uzbekistan , Estonia, and the UAE.
