In January, 1.5 kg of contaminated semi-finished products were seized, on which the Salmonella Infantis bacteria was found. The COURT found that the cause of the contamination could have been low-quality raw materials or a violation of sanitary standards at the production facility. The supplier, the PRODO Sibirskaya poultry farm , was fined 350 thousand rubles. After the incident, the restaurant chain conducted an additional audit and tightened control over the quality of its products. Also, earlier it became known about a mass poisoning in Perm associated with chicken from Kazakhstan, which is causing additional inspections by the prosecutor's office.
