A total of 131 violations were considered, including:
- lack of raw materials, i.e. registration of production electronic veterinary accompanying documents for products without specifying the raw materials used for production;
- discrepancy between the volumes of raw materials and manufactured products;
- changing the shelf life of products through the processing/production transaction;
- discrepancy between the types of raw materials and the type of finished product.
During a detailed check of each identified case, 53 violations were confirmed at the sites of 24 business entities. Most of the violations are related to the extension of the shelf life of the product through the processing / production transaction, when the same name is used as the raw material and the finished product. As a result of registration of the production transaction, a longer period for the sale of products is indicated.
In second place in terms of the number of confirmed violations are production transactions executed without specifying raw materials: for example, koumiss, MILK , and semi-finished pork products were produced from “air”.
The results of control measures without interaction, including information on detected violations or signs of violations of mandatory requirements (if any), are communicated to authorized persons of business entities and state veterinarians using the FSIS "VetIS.Passport".
The Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Republic of Mari El recalls the need to comply with the current legislation in the field of veterinary medicine.
