Facts of untimely cancellation of more than 7 thousand electronic veterinary accompanying documents were established in the Chuvash Republic in May

Thus, a systematic violation of the veterinary rules for organizing work on issuing an eVSD was detected at the sites of IP Malyshkina A.I. (Cheboksary) - since the beginning, 1806 eVSD and IP Semenova T.N. have not been repaid here. (Cheboksary) - 1933 eVSD for dairy, fish, and MEAT products were not repaid. These facts indicate that the acceptance of products at the enterprises was carried out without consideration of accompanying veterinary documents and without control of the veterinary and sanitary safety of the supplied food products.

Business entities that allowed untimely cancellation of eVSD for incoming products were issued warnings about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of veterinary legislation, warnings were sent to authorized persons in the FSIS VetIS “Passport” component.

In total, since the beginning of the year, about 94 thousand outstanding eVSD for regulated products have been identified in the territory of the Chuvash Republic.

The Department of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR conducts ongoing explanatory work with the users of the FSIS "Mercury" and recalls that the cancellation of eVSD in the electronic veterinary certification system is an important operation confirming the receipt of goods at the final address of movement. Without extinguishing eVSD, production is considered unaccounted for and cannot be traced. Untimely cancellation of incoming eVSD is a violation in the circulation of goods under the control of veterinary supervision.
