In the Belgorod testing laboratory of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "ARRIAH" chicken paws are being examined for export to China

Belgorod poultry farmers were among the first to develop this market. This year alone, under the control  of Rosselkhoznadzor  , more than 8.5 thousand tons of “Phoenix legs” were sent to the Celestial Empire, as chicken feet are called in China.

Their quality and safety were checked by the subordinate Service of the Belgorod Testing Laboratory of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "ARRIAH".
