In particular, based on the results of monitoring the data contained on the website of the Russian Accreditation Agency, more than 50 product manufacturers have been identified who have issued declarations of conformity for their products based on test reports that do not contain all the necessary studies confirming their compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations “On Food Safety” » or technical regulations for certain types of food products.
When monitoring compliance with mandatory requirements in relation to individual entrepreneur Elsobki E.N. (Republic of Kalmykia), individual entrepreneur Denisova A.Yu. (Astrakhan region), individual entrepreneur Belova A.N. (Volgograd region) it was established that in the test reports for MEAT products there were no tests for antibiotics provided for by the requirements of technical regulations.
When monitoring compliance with mandatory requirements in relation to Raimolprom Matveevo-Kurgansky LLC ( Rostov region ), IP Bolaeva Z.L. (Volgograd region), IP Podmoskovnova Yu.A. (Volgograd region) it was established that business entities registered declarations of conformity for dairy products based on test reports of phantom laboratories, the location of which was not confirmed at the actual address of the activity.
These facts indicate that manufacturers, having failed to ensure proper compliance with the requirements of Russian legislation, violated the procedure for declaring products subject to mandatory confirmation of conformity.
Based on all the identified facts, the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR department issued warnings against 20 legal entities and 33 individual entrepreneurs about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements when releasing products of animal origin into circulation.
Business entities are asked to ensure compliance with regulatory legal acts relating to and regulating the production and circulation of food products, and to be guided by them in their activities.
