"Timashevskaya Poultry Farm": creditors from Samara are dissatisfied with the progress of bankruptcy

Timashevskaya poultry farm , once one of the leading players in the region's agro-industrial complex, is today on the verge of bankruptcy due to the huge debts that the beneficiary of the enterprise, Ilshat Tukaev, has accumulated. In 2020, in the context of Tukaev’s personal bankruptcy, the main debts of the Timashevskaya Poultry Farm were transferred to the management of the Resurs group of agricultural enterprises. This group transferred all assets and personnel of the poultry farm to the Samara branch of Tokarevskaya Poultry Farm OJSC, created specifically for this purpose in August 2021.

Today, June 4, 2024 , on the agenda is the issue of refusing to invalidate the agreement on the provision of a loan in the form of a non-revolving line of credit. One of the creditors opposing this decision is Samara Feed Mill LLC. According to official sources, the plant has a debt to the Timashevskaya Poultry Farm in the amount of more than 49 million rubles.

Representatives of the Samara Feed Mill claim that refusal to recognize transactions as invalid may lead to a decrease in the likelihood of satisfying creditors' claims and make it difficult to replenish the debtor's bankruptcy estate. This, in turn, can worsen the financial position of the enterprise and create obstacles to solving the current situation.

The situation with Timashevskaya Poultry Farm is becoming increasingly complex, causing concern among creditors and interested parties. It is important that at the meeting of creditors a well-founded and beneficial decision is made for all parties in order to ensure a sustainable resolution of current problems and the preservation of jobs at the enterprise.
