The COURT found documents provided by Glavmyasprom regarding the number of pigs that died during delivery to be falsified. This debt arose due to non-payment for the pigs. Glavmyasprom's majority creditor, seafood retailer Prime, announced its intention to challenge Agroeko's debt. Meanwhile, businessman Alexander Kalmykov from Kalmykia filed a petition seeking to settle all of the company's debts. The trial will continue, and a criminal fraud case is also pending.
