
When analyzing the current declarations of conformity of economic entities of the Republic of Mordovia: Atlant-Milk LLC, Moloko LLC, Glubinka LLC, Ishaliev I.I. Individual Entrepreneur, Saifullova G.A. Individual Entrepreneur, Norovsky MPC LLC, Norovskoye Moloko LLC, R.K. Individual Entrepreneur Akhmyarova, Oktyabrskaya Agrofirma JSC, and Atyashevsky MPC LLC registered declarations of conformity for products of animal origin (meat and dairy products) based on test reports that lack all the necessary studies , which is a violation of the technical regulations "On the safety of food products" and "On the safety of meat and meat products".
Within the framework of Federal Law No. 248-FZ "On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation," monitoring of compliance with mandatory requirements is carried out on a systematic basis, during which data on objects of control are collected and analyzed, contained in the Federal State Information System "Service for Registration of Declarations of Conformity" (Rosaccreditation).
Based on the results of control (supervisory) activities, declarations of conformity were revoked for meat products manufactured by Atyashevsky MPC LLC, Oktyabrskaya Agrofirm JSC, Chamzinskaya Poultry Farm JSC; for dairy products - Atlant-Milk LLC, Nadezhda JSC, Mechta LLC, Krasnoslobodsky Dairy Plant LLC; for chicken eggs and their processed products - Atemarskaya Poultry Farm OJSC, Ruzovo CJSC.
Declaration of food products based on incomplete data on their compliance with mandatory requirements established by technical regulations entails the invalidity of the declaration of conformity.
To combat the illegal circulation of regulated products, the Administration invalidated 40 declarations of conformity. This information was entered into the Unified Register of Certificates of Conformity and Declarations of Conformity on the Rosaccreditation website in accordance with the Rules for the Registration, Suspension, Renewal, Termination, and Invalidation of Declarations of Conformity (approved by Russian Government Resolution No. 936 of June 19, 2021).
