Rosprirodnadzor fined the Irbitskaya poultry farm

The department accused the company of non-compliance with the order.

The Ural interregional department of Rosprirodnadzor fined Poultry Farm Irbitskaya LLC for failure to comply with previously issued orders. According to the press service of the department, the company has not eliminated violations in terms of geological supervision.

As a result of the previous inspection, the poultry farm was obliged to conduct “full monitoring of groundwater”, as well as to submit annual statistical reports for 2020 on groundwater extraction. The organization did not do this, therefore, based on the results of an unscheduled inspection, the Urals Ministry of Natural Resources of Rosprirodnadzor issued a new order to the company.

The department also initiated administrative proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 19.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation "Failure to comply with a legal order within the prescribed period." The COURT agreed with the arguments of Rosprirodnadzor and fined the agricultural enterprise.

it should be noted that according to the results of the inspection in May 2021, experts identified 10 violations at the poultry farm. Not only in the field of geological study and rational use of subsoil, but also in the field of atmospheric air protection, as well as waste management.
