Development of poultry farming in Russia: increased demand and prospects

According to Rosstat, in 2023, egg production in Russia increased by 1.2% compared to the previous year and amounted to 46.7 billion pieces. At the same time, chilled poultry meat production decreased by 0.2% to 3.4 million tons. These data indicate stable development of the industry, despite some fluctuations in production volumes.
