Poultry farm near Tyumen to continue modernization with state support

In two years, one of the poultry farms in the Tyumen region will start producing 450 million eggs a year. While the shops are producing at a million a day, the former volume has decreased by about 40 percent due to the reconfiguration of work processes, but after its completion, a significant increase is expected.

For seven years, the enterprise has been undergoing a large-scale reconstruction and modernization, carried out with the support of the regional government. Not so long ago, two dozen dilapidated poultry houses were replaced by two modern, eight-tier ones, designed for 117,000 heads of broken white. We installed an automated egg collection and main conveyor, a sorting and packaging line, as well as a microclimate control system. The volume of investments in new production facilities and modern equipment exceeded one billion rubles.

. In the last calendar season, the factory entered the second stage of renovation. We started from the zone of arrangement of the industrial herd of laying hens. After they build another huge bird house, a compound feed heat treatment shop, a warehouse and a product shipping area, it will be possible to count on the same volume of 450 million, Vasily Shevchik, chairman of the board of directors, promises.

The regional government emphasizes: if the poultry farm had not been supported in 2015, its fate would have been sad, since obsolete equipment did not provide the required level of production costs (now it is 25 percent lower) and, as a result, interfered with the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market . In the near future, the factory may again receive a subsidy from the region: Governor Alexander Moor promised to support the manufacturer until the modernization is completed.
