Poultry farm "Tchaikovskaya" sold sausages from unknown raw materials

All three batches of sausages with the addition of chicken MEAT were produced at the local CJSC Chaikovskaya Poultry Farm. The accompanying documentation, issued on February 9, did not indicate the raw materials used in the manufacture of three types of products: boiled sausages "Molochnaya" (31.85 kilograms) , "Doctor's" (33.4 kilograms) and "Sandwich" (33.85 kilograms).In addition, the certificates lacked expiration dates and information about the composition of the products.

The Department of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR issued a warning about the inadmissibility of such violations of the requirements of veterinary legislation to the enterprise and the person certified for issuing an eVSD for the Chaikovskaya poultry farm.
