Perm pig farm plans to send all livestock to the slaughterhouse

The Arbitration COURT considered the petition of JSC "Permsky Pig Complex", demanding the removal of the pig population from the enterprise within five days from the date of the court decision.

The herd, which became the property of the Omsk Pig Complex Permsky LLC of the Synergy Group of Companies in 2017, was arrested and left for storage in the Perm Territory. If the former tenant does not comply with the requirement, the entire herd will be sent for slaughter and processing, the current management of the enterprise promises. At the expense of the proceeds, the Perm pig farm plans to pay off the debt for keeping the livestock, and transfer the rest to the account of Permskiy Pig Farm LLC.

The bankruptcy trustee of Permsky Pig Complex LLC, Aglaya Lyasman, as well as representatives of creditors - Rosselkhozbank and the tax service, opposed the satisfaction of the petition. In turn, an official from the regional Ministry of Agriculture, Artem Vakhrushev, said that today the region no longer claims to buy livestock from the auction. For three and a half years, the herd was paid for from the budget (about 40 million rubles a month), but now a critical situation has developed. There will be enough food for animals only until July 6th.

Lasman insists that after the destruction of the livestock, the staff will lose their jobs. The ministry is in no hurry to reveal plans to preserve them. At the same time, the Perm pig farm is a city-forming enterprise for the village of Maisky.

Aglaya Lyasman added to the bankruptcy case an appeal to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation and the FSB about abuses of the right by Perm Pig Farm JSC. The information was submitted to the federal Ministry of Agriculture, Rosvetnadzor and related departments. The bankruptcy trustee requests a replacement of the livestock custodian company. In this role, subject to subsidizing from the budget, the Omsk enterprise KOLKHOZ Chopozova is ready to play. The court adjourned the trial until July 2.
