Since the start of operations in 2021, when the situation at the factory was critical, the team began a major overhaul and restoration of the production process to ensure solvency and preserve jobs. Subsequently, integration into the general production cycle of the Resource Group was carried out.

According to Maxim Falaleev, CEO of Samara Broiler, the main goal of the project is to increase the volume of broiler MEAT production to 70 thousand tons in live weight. Currently, the poultry farm employs about 1,700 workers, and there are approximately 170 vacancies, including positions for veterinarians and technical specialists.
