Sergei Pozyabin, Rector of the Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology, announced at the International Scientific and Practical Conference that, in place of the traditional bachelor's, specialist, and master's degrees, two levels of education will be introduced: higher and specialized higher. Depending on their educational profile, students will receive various qualifications, including new programs such as " clinical veterinarian " and "veterinarian-biotechnologist."
