Artificial insemination as a key to improving the breed qualities of cattle in Buryatia

State Breeding Service specialists actively travel to municipalities to conduct artificial insemination and train local specialists in modern methods. For example, master classes were held in the Dzhida and Zakamensky districts, where students from the Buryat Agricultural Academy were able to experience AI technology firsthand. This not only enhances students' knowledge but also develops professionals prepared to implement modern technologies in the agricultural sector.

Artificial insemination offers numerous advantages, including improved genetic characteristics, reduced disease risk, resource savings, and flexibility in insemination planning. Implementing these technologies on farms in Buryatia requires not only training specialists but also raising farmers' awareness of the benefits of this method.
