One of the leading companies in Lipetsk, engaged in the production of chicken eggs, has significantly increased its production capacity to more than 1.6 million eggs per shift, which is double the previous figures. This was made possible by opening a new workshop and installing a high-tech sorting machine using artificial intelligence. This machine allows for quick and accurate classification of eggs into different categories, which speeds up processing and reduces the likelihood of errors.
To ensure the quality of the products, about 120 people work in sorting and packaging, monitoring the process. Eggs are packaged in standard 10 and 30 pieces, as well as in larger volumes for wholesalers. After sorting, the products are sent to warehouses and distributed across regions, from the Caucasus to Siberia, with priority given to customers from the Lipetsk region.
The company is not going to stop there, planning further expansion of its capacities. In the near future, it is expected to build new workshops for laying hens, which will significantly increase the number of birds and, as a result, production volumes. By the end of the year, it is planned to increase the output to 2 million eggs per shift.
Thus, thanks to modern technologies and the organization of the production process, the Lipetsk region is fully self-sufficient in chicken eggs, becoming an example for other regions of RUSSIA striving to modernize their agricultural enterprises.
