"Damate" in the Penza region introduced the technology of agroscouting

Now fields are monitored using a special mobile application in an automated mode. it is planned that in 2021 specialists will conduct more than 500 audits, based on which they will develop recommendations with corrective actions and help the company get the planned harvest.

During the growing season of plants, Damate specialists organize monitoring of the main phases of development of winter and spring wheat, sunflower and pea crops on a total area of ​​​​more than 23 thousand hectares.

Agroscouting is a system of independent monitoring of the state of development of crops in agricultural production, it is widely used in the world by leading agro-industrial enterprises. The company uses scouting to record and analyze the state of crop development, the presence of weeds, diseases and pests.

Let's add that in "Damat" a long-term history of fields is created with photo fixation, description and reporting. Information is accumulated and systematized in special computer programs and analyzed by specialists of the plant growing department. In the future, based on the received digitized data, this will make it possible not only to identify problems in a timely manner and eliminate them, but also to make forecasts for the development of plants and yields, taking into account the individual characteristics of the fields in each of the regions of the Penza region.
