Chelyabinsk agricultural holding "Ravis" wants to sue 73 million rubles from the ex-deputy governor

“The case is being considered on the statement of claim of Ravis - Sosnovskaya Poultry Farm LLC against Andrey Nikolaevich Kosilov. The COURT decided to appoint the case for trial on April 11, ”the ruling of the regional arbitration court specifies.

LLC Sovkhoz Beregovoy also participates in the process as a third party. A lawyer acting in the interests of Andrey Kosilov asked to involve him. Until November 2022, the state farm from the Kasli district belonged to the Kosilov family.

The plaintiff demanded to recover money from the ex-deputy governor in order to compensate for the losses. Until July 2022, Kosilov headed Ravis. After leaving the position of DIRECTOR, he remained the president of the agricultural holding.

At the request of representatives of "Ravis", Kosilov's property was seized. The assets were seized as collateral for the lawsuit. In addition to this process, there are several more lawsuits in court. They were given to each other by the state farm "Beregovoy" and "Ravis". The state farm demanded to recover a total of 26 million rubles from the Chelyabinsk agricultural holding.
