a drunken 16-year-old thief. BELTA was informed about this by the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee.
Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Zhlobin District Department of Internal Affairs, while on duty to ensure road safety in the regional center, drew attention to a Volkswagen that was driving away from a convenience store. Using red and blue flashing lights, traffic police inspectors signaled the driver to stop to check his documents and his physical condition.
As it turned out during the check, the car was driven by a 16-year-old resident of the area. Due to his age, he could not have the right to drive a category “B” vehicle, and besides, state traffic inspectors observed obvious signs of
ALCOHOL intoxication . The young man refused a medical examination.
It was established that the offender took the car for use from his friend without his permission.
Traffic police inspectors drew up two administrative protocols against the minor: for driving a vehicle without a license and for driving while intoxicated.
