The 17-year-old driver, driving a Lexus, was driving along Miroshnichenko St. towards Koltsova St. Near the house number 38 on Koltsova street, he lost control, drove off the roadway and hit a lighting mast. From the impact, the structure fell onto the roadway. As a result of the accident, the minor driver and his passenger were injured and were taken to the hospital. The driver at the time of the accident was in a state of intoxication - 0.97 ppm of ALCOHOL.
