The New Year's menu with mayonnaise salads, sandwiches with butter and red caviar, aspic or jelly is a must-have, without which many Belarusians cannot imagine a festive table. How to make the feast useful, and the dishes less high-calorie, they asked the famous nutritionist Irina Yablonskaya. Beware, generous table! How does it really happen? Admit it, if this is not a working day, then cleaning and cooking begins in the morning. It is good if a person manages to intercept something from food. Because the main meal and falls at midnight.
- In fact, the schedule of the last day of the year in terms of nutrition should not differ from others: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do not starve yourself until the evening in anticipation of the feast. Important clarification: the gala dinner should not be at midnight, but at 8 pm. Under the chimes, it is enough to raise a glass of champagne and eat, for example, a tangerine. - First, we forget about the habit of eating everything with bread. Instead, there may be, for example, carrot or celery sticks. A lightly salted yogurt sauce will go well with them. Lightly salted red fish is a complete snack in itself. It can be cut and beautifully arranged on a plate. Or put on cucumber circles - you get the right sandwich.
It is worth crossing out smoked sausages from the shopping list, which are oversaturated with
SALT and monosodium glutamate. Instead, you can cook boiled pork or serve sliced \u200b\u200bbeef tongue.
One version of a healthy snack is zucchini rolls, which can be savory stuffed with, for example, sun-dried tomatoes with nuts. Tasty and easy
MEAT dish can be anything. The main thing here is the time of its use. Baked fish, pork, poultry... Even an ordinary chicken breast can be deliciously cooked and served on wooden skewers. 150 g mixed salad; 3 feijoa; 1 persimmon; 1 avocado; 100 grams each: shrimp, squid, octopus, mussels; salt, lemon, pumpkin seed oil.
Wash greens, dry, arrange in a dish. Boil seafood in lightly salted water, drain in a colander. As soon as the water drains, add to the salad dish. 200 g Greek yogurt; 1 teaspoon mustard powder; salt pepper.
Boil potatoes, beets, carrots and parsnips and cool. After cleaning, grate. Cut off the top of the bread and remove all the crumb. Chop the herring and chop the onion. Prepare the sauce by adding mustard powder, salt and pepper to the yogurt and beat with a mixer. Divide herring, as well as grated potatoes, carrots and beets into two parts.
