The agricultural enterprise of Noyabrsk YaNAO is increasing the production of its own cheeses

In the agricultural complex "Noyabrsky" they plan to expand the range of products. With the support of the municipality, they are going to purchase additional equipment that will increase the productivity of the CHEESE FACTORY by one and a half times.
Now the company produces more than 20 types of cheese. Among them are hard, semi-hard varieties, soft, pickled cheeses. Recently, the assortment has been replenished with cheese chechil and parmesan. Every month, about 300-350 kilograms of a product popular with residents and guests of the city are produced in Noyabrsky. The production of blue cheese will soon be launched.
The company also plans to launch the production of a new product by the summer - spoon yogurt. For this, additional funds were allocated from the city budget for the purchase of a packer. Yoghurts will be delivered to kindergartens and schools in the city. They will also be available for purchase at branded outlets.
“The new packer will allow us to produce and pack yoghurts in small containers of 110-120 grams. Children will receive an absolutely natural product. We plan to produce yoghurts with various fruit flavors. The HEAD of the city recommended that we find a supplier of wild plants from Muravlenko. To make yogurt an absolutely Yamal product,” said Anna Golubeva, DIRECTOR of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise of the Noyabrsky agricultural complex.
“Since 2017, natural MILK has been included in the daily diet of our preschool children.. It's great. Spoon yogurts are a good substitute for long-term fermented milk products. We will do our best to support and develop our agricultural complex,” comments Alexei Romanov, head of Noyabrsk.
This year, the municipality decided to allocate additional funds for the purchase of hay. His stock should be enough until mid-summer. The first hay trucks are on their way. Today, there are more than 400 cows in the Noyabrsk agricultural complex, more than 200 of them are dairy cows. They give about 2.5 tons of milk per day.
In total, nine enterprises are engaged in the production of dairy products in Yamal - in the Priuralsky, Shuryshkarsky, Purovsky, Krasnoselkupsky, Yamalsky districts and Noyabrsk.
The total number of cattle is about 1,100 heads, including 550 heads of dairy herds. About 2,000 tons of milk and dairy products are harvested annually in the district. Cream, sour cream, fermented baked milk, cottage cheese and local cheeses are delivered to more than 80 kindergartens, hospitals and schools in the region.
