A new confectionery shop opened in the Moscow region

In the urban district of Domodedovo, the Miratorg company opened a specialized confectionery workshop at its plant to create frozen desserts.
Miratorg is one of the largest Russian food producers. The plant in Domodedovo near Moscow produces about 230 types of dishes: breakfast, soups, main courses, as well as bread and pastries. Recently, the company opened a new confectionery shop, where they produce premium baked goods: cakes, tarts, mousses and eclairs,” said the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Moscow Region -Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region Vladislav Murashov.
The Bakery project today is a modern complex in the Moscow region with an area of ​​12,000 sq.m., where more than 50 different products are produced from baguettes to croissants.
Thanks to automation, 93% of the company produces large volumes of products while maintaining high quality.
