Experienced viticulturist revives vintage winemaking in Stavropol Territory

Vasily Mikhailovich Golubovsky has been working in the vineyard industry for 28 years. Since March 2011, he has been the DIRECTOR of CJSC Levokumskoye of the Levokumsky District.
The economy headed by him is a profitable, stably operating and developing enterprise. During his work, Vasily Mikhailovich proved himself to be a responsible leader, a highly qualified and competent specialist. He is able to clearly define priority tasks and direct specialists to their implementation. The company pays special attention to laying vineyards of frost-resistant varieties that are resistant to diseases and pests. There is a development of new promising varieties in viticulture such as "Magarach's Firstborn", "Flower", "Cabernet". The area under vineyards is also increasing. Various types of natural wines are produced from the grown grapes: Saperavi, Moldova, Rkatsiteli, Silvaner, Riesling, Dry red, Dry white.
With the direct participation of Vasily Mikhailovich, vintage winemaking is being revived, new types of wine materials are being developed, new imported equipment for grape processing is being acquired and introduced into production, which increases the production of varietal wine materials. According to the results of annual tastings, CJSC Levokumskoye regularly takes first positions in all types of presented wine materials.
For his great contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex of the region, many years of conscientious work, Vasily Mikhailovich Golubovsky was repeatedly awarded the Certificates of Honor of the Administration of the Levokumsky District, the Certificate of Honor of the Governor of the Stavropol Territory, the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory and the Diploma of the Duma of the Stavropol Territory.
