Farmers in Transbaikalia have created 300 jobs over five years using grants.

"We summarized the preliminary results of the national project 'Small and Medium Entrepreneurship and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives,' under which farmers in Transbaikalia were provided with Agrostartup and family farm development grants from 2019 to 2024. Over the past five years, 129 farms have received grant support under these programs, creating 300 new jobs during this period."
it is worth noting that the national project 'Small and Medium Entrepreneurship and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives' has enabled farmers in Transbaikalia to improve their financial well-being. According to preliminary data, agricultural sales increased the income of grant recipients by 300 million rubles. As previously reported, the regional Ministry of Agriculture will continue to provide state support for Agrostartup and family farm development
in 2025 . In total, budgetary funds totaling over 117 million rubles have been allocated for these purposes.
