In the Novosibirsk region extended the mode of high alert due to COVID

The high alert regime introduced in the Novosibirsk region in connection with the spread of CORONAVIRUS infection has been extended until December 31 this year. The corresponding resolution No. 180 was signed by the governor of the region Andrey Travnikov.
“Currently, timely vaccination remains the most important measure for the prevention of coronavirus. In the Novosibirsk region, all points of vaccination are working, ”the press service of the regional government says.
As Minister of HEALTH of the region Konstantin Khalzov reported earlier, 1.67 million people were fully vaccinated against coronavirus in the Novosibirsk Region. 1.8 million residents of the region were vaccinated with one component of the vaccine.
The HEAD of the Rospotrebnadzor Office for the Novosibirsk Region, Alexander Shcherbatov, noted that for the first time in nine weeks, the region has seen a negative trend in the incidence of covid-19 .
