
Japanese actor Shinichi Chiba, best known for playing swordsman Hattori Hanzo in Kill Bill, has died of CORONAVIRUS at the age of 82. This was reported by Oricon News.
“August 19 at 17:26 (11:26 Moscow time), actor Shinichi Chiba, aged 82, died at Kimitsu Hospital in Chiba Prefecture from pneumonia caused by a coronavirus infection,” the report said.
The publication clarified that the actor was hospitalized on August 8 and was on a ventilator.
