The authorities of the Novosibirsk region have amended the resolution of the regional government "On the introduction of a high alert regime on the territory of the Novosibirsk region." According to them, the work of the water park and zoo pavilions is being resumed in the Novosibirsk Region, as well as the one-time presence of spectators is increasing up to 70% in theaters, cinemas, at concerts and festivals.

To visit them, you will need to present a QR code about vaccination received from the Gosuslugi portal, or a paper certificate of vaccination, or a medical certificate confirming the fact of the disease over the past six months. These restrictions do not apply to minors. Employees of the organization involved in the events must be vaccinated against covid-19 and have a QR code.

The work of the Aquamir Aquapark in Novosibirsk was suspended on October 30 due to the unfavorable epidemic situation.

According to the information posted on the website of the water park, its management is taking measures to combat the CORONAVIRUS. Upon entering, visitors are checked for QR codes; on the website and on the scoreboard, in the cashier area, there are counters of visitors. In addition, in the lobby of the water park, visitors are given disposable medical masks, and sanitizers are located throughout the complex.

In the Novosibirsk region, the high alert mode is valid until December 31. Starting from November 12, in the Novosibirsk region, to visit cafes, restaurants, bars, as well as places where congress and exhibition events are held, you need to present QR codes. 

From November 21, employees of shops, beauty salons, fitness and sports halls, personal services, catering, client departments of financial organizations, post office, multifunctional centers, transport, social security, housing and communal services, theaters, cinemas, concert halls are required to supply one component of the coronavirus vaccine. Employees of the listed industries are required to supply the second component from December 21.
