In Moscow, residents who have been re-vaccinated against CORONAVIRUS do not renew their digital vaccination certificate, Kommersant reports, citing an employee of an it company who encountered a problem. The publication found similar complaints about difficulties with renewing the certificate in the capital after revaccination on several forums.

“At the moment, when revaccinating, the validity of the vaccinated certificate is not extended. It is possible that in the near future the conditions for renewing certificates will be reviewed, ”the newspaper cites a copy of the response from the technical support of the Unified Medical Information System (EMIAS) to a message about the problem. According to the interlocutor of the publication, the certificate was extended after three weeks and after numerous requests for support.

At the same time, in the regions, Kommersant clarifies, there are no such problems.

The metropolitan department of information technology told the publication that those who underwent primary vaccination are given a QR code for a year, so even those who are vaccinated in the first place should not have problems using it. “The information systems of the Moscow government provide for the possibility of extending the QR code after revaccination if such a decision is made,” they added.
