
If you want to serve delicious homemade cakes for tea, but you don’t have time to stand at the stove, you will like these recipes. Cookies cook very quickly, however, and disappear from the table at the speed of light, so cook in advance!
Cookies on condensed milk "Murka"Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 200 gr.
Butter - 100 gr.
Condensed milk - 0.5 cans
Baking powder for dough - 1 tsp
Vanillin - on the tip of a knife
Cooking:
Melt the butter and combine with condensed milk. Stir. Add flour with baking powder and vanilla to the mass. Knead into a soft dough and shape into cookies immediately. You can simply pinch off small pieces and lay on a baking sheet. And you can, having rolled out the dough, cut out cookies with a special mold.
"Murka" is baked at 150 degrees. It is not necessary to give the liver a strong browning - it should remain light.
Cookies "Brownie"Ingredients:
Bitter chocolate without additives - 100 gr.
Butter - 30 gr.
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Flour - 60 gr.
Starch - 20 gr.
Sugar - 80 gr.
Baking powder for dough - 0.5 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Cooking:
Melt the chocolate and butter (you can use the microwave - it will be faster). Add an egg and beat with a mixer. Next, add all dry ingredients to the dough. Transfer the resulting dough into a mold and bake at 160 degrees until cooked. Next, cut the cake into serving squares.
Cookies "Kokosanki"Ingredients:
Coconut flakes - 200 gr.
Chicken eggs - 1-2 pcs.
Powdered sugar - 100 gr.
Salt - a pinch
Cooking:
Mix coconut flakes with powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Next, enter the eggs one at a time (they may need a little more, or a little less). The mass for cookies should be formed into balls or small cakes (it is most convenient to do this with wet hands).
Bake cookies at 160 degrees until the top is lightly browned.
