
it took less than two days for dairy producers in the world to get the WorldChampionCheese.org website and register their cheese, butter, yogurt and dry MILK ingredients for participation in the WorldChampionCheese 2022 world championship competition.
The championship is held every two years, beginning in 1957. On September 26th, participants will pack and ship their products to the WOW Logistics warehouse in Little Chute, Wisconsin. There is a team of volunteers in the cheese industry in collaboration with the DIRECTOR of logistics for the competition Randy Svensen from Wisconsin Aging & Grading Cheese Inc. dedicate a few days to the sorting and preparation work for the trial.
From 1st to 3rd June, a judge from the world will be taken to Madison, Wisconsin, to evaluate the leather product. I will name the shortest sire of 2022, the year 3 will be announced.
