November 9, MINSK . Tatyana Volozgina, HEAD of the production and technical department of the Minoblmyasomolprom Municipal Unitary Enterprise - the management company of the Myasomolprom holding, spoke at BELTA on the topic "Increasing the economic efficiency of the livestock industry (development strategy, scientific support, product processing)" ".

In the Minsk region, five main large enterprises are engaged in MILK processing, in particular the Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1, the Milk Hotel, the Slutsk Cheese-Making Plant with five branches and three production sites, the Nesvizh Baby Food Plant and Smolevichi Milk.

"The total milk processing capacity is more than 6 thousand tons per day, thus, the Minsk region processes all the milk produced . At the same time, the load rate for milk for nine months is at the level of 87.9%, for butter - from 75%, and for dry dairy products - up to 96%," said Tatyana Volozgina.

She added that the situation in MEAT processing has improved and stabilized over the past two years.

“Raw materials zones are assigned to enterprises, and livestock raw materials are supplied regularly in accordance with contracts and concluded schedules. Thus, the utilization of meat production capacity is about 200 tons per shift in the region. In general, the utilization of meat production capacity for nine months was 92.4% "For semi-finished products - up to 100%, for sausages - about 45%, for canned food - about 70%. So, we have certain successes in production, and at the same time there is a reserve," said the head of the production and technical department of the Minoblmyasomolprom Municipal Unitary Enterprise " - management company of the holding "Myasomolprom"

Speaking about the supply of products abroad, she noted that about 62% of the milk produced in the Minsk region is exported, the rest of the products go to the domestic market.

“We have a wide range of products - from the simplest to the elite products, including hard cheeses with long ripening periods, cheeses with fillings, different flavors and additives. In particular, a cheese production project is currently being implemented at the Vileika production site of the Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1 with white and blue mold. In addition, our enterprises work closely with science. For example, “Zdravushka” released the first batches of A2 milk. A lot of work was done on the genetic selection of cows that produce this type of milk, and bottling it for the consumer began," - Tatiana Volozgina emphasized.

She explained that A2 milk is hypoallergenic. Regular consumption of such products helps strengthen the immune system and is suitable for weakened children.
