The introduction of a lean production system made it possible to increase meat production at AGROSILA enterprises

All implemented projects are aimed at reducing fixed and variable costs, increasing production performance. Thus, the most successful implemented projects included an increase in MEAT production in live weight by 500 tons (up to 126,550 tons per year), an increase in barley yield by 2.8%, wheat by 2.7% due to differentiated application of fertilizers according to maps - tasks.

Lean production is organized at a high level in JSC "Agrosila-Service", where, within the framework of the national project "Labor Productivity". Also in 2022, an agreement was signed on participation in the national project "Labor Productivity" LLC "Agrofirma" Aznakay ". As a result of the implementation of the pilot project at the ITC "Aznakay", MILK yields have been increased from 63 thousand tons per day to 73 thousand tons.

Now all AGROSILA enterprises implement lean production tools.
