Meat and milk production in the Irkutsk region will increase in 2025.

However, there was a slight decrease in milk yield by 0.9% and egg production by 2.6%. Agricultural enterprises accounted for the bulk of the production. The average milk yield was 7,526 kilograms per cow, and egg production by laying hens reached 333 eggs per bird. During the year, agricultural enterprises shipped 89,900 tons of grain, 9,400 tons of potatoes, 7,200 tons of vegetables, 90,500 tons of livestock and poultry, 109,500 tons of milk, and 854.5 million eggs.
