As part of interdepartmental cooperation, these cargoes were delivered to the Krasnaya Gorka PPU and provided to specialists of the Rosselkhoznadzor Office for the Bryansk, Smolensk and Kaluga regions for further control within the existing powers.

During the inspection of vehicles, inspectors of the Rosselkhoznadzor Office found that the specified products weighing more than 3 tons, transported in the cargo compartments of minibuses and the interior of a passenger car, were in an unsanitary condition.

Moreover, in all cases, the cargo did not have any veterinary and other necessary accompanying documents, including electronic documents, confirming its origin, quality, safety and epizootic well-being of the area.

In addition, the products also lacked veterinary stamps, which were intended to indicate that a veterinary and sanitary examination of the meat had been carried out. In addition, the transportation of meat products was carried out with a gross violation of temperature conditions in vehicles not intended for the transportation of food products.

To exclude the presence of pathogens of particularly dangerous animal diseases in the products, samples were taken and sent for research to the Bryansk branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "ARRIAH" subordinate to Rosselkhoznadzor.

After receiving negative examination results and completing all necessary verification activities in accordance with the requirements of the current veterinary legislation, the import of products was prohibited.

The perpetrators were brought to administrative responsibility by the Rosselkhoznadzor Office.
