In the Kurgan region, on the warning of the Rosselkhoznadzor, more than 1.4 tons of poor-quality beef were withdrawn from circulation

This entity (Cheese Makers of the Urals LLC) used the site of an enterprise in the Primorsky Territory to put MEAT into circulation, which has not been engaged in the production and sale of meat products for more than 5-10 years.

In addition, the products were accepted for incoming paper VSD, which has been prohibited by Russian veterinary legislation since 2018.

In Kurgan, entrepreneur Tyulenev S.S. produced cutlets, minced meat, chilled beef from beef , and unlawfully identified himself as a raw material manufacturer, thereby violating the traceability of products.

The developed products were delivered to 26 economic entities of the Kurgan region.

The Department of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR took a sample of raw materials and sent it to the Chelyabinsk branch of the FGBI “ARRIAH” subordinated to the Service. As a result of microbiological examination, pathogenic microflora was revealed in the product sample.

Based on the foregoing, a warning was issued to the entrepreneur about the inadmissibility of violations of the mandatory requirements of veterinary legislation and a letter was sent to suspend the sale of products made from this meat; the authorized person of the individual entrepreneur was suspended registration in the FSIS "Mercury".

All 26 recipients of products were sent information letters about the withdrawal from circulation and the return of meat to the supplier.

The department turned to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kurgan region, the Department of the agro-industrial complex of the Kurgan region for taking action.

The remains of beef on the bone, according to the order of the Rosselkhoznadzor, weighing 1.4 tons, were destroyed at the Kurgan enterprise LLC "UTILIT-SERVICE".
