Agricultural production in the Kaluga region in January-September 2021 increased by 0.6% compared to the same period in 2020. This was reported in Kalugastat.

During this period, farms of all categories produced 94.2 thousand tons of livestock and poultry for slaughter, 352 thousand tons of MILK, 133.4 million eggs. Compared to the same period last year, this amounted to 98%, 108.8% and 97.6%.
